12 December, 2014, Tianshui Huatian Technology Co., Ltd. signed the "Equity Purchase Agreement" with FlipChip International, LLC.
1 April, 2015 (US time), Tianshui Huatian Technology Co., Ltd. completed 100% acquisition of FCI Stake. According to transaction agreement about the current capital adjustment in "Equity Purchase Agreement", the equity transaction price was adjusted to $ 40,223,855.73.
